In this announcement, our most comprehensive statement to date on the Ad Astra and Neo-Beat communities in the context of our 2025 plans, we summarize Ad Astra’s transition to a decentralized Web3 network and outline the main elements of the process.
In line with Zen’s philosophy of “one step at a time,” we are choosing to focus our efforts on a single area where we can create meaningful impact, rather than spreading ourselves thin across many topics with results limited to social media.
Ad Astra will support the elements of the International Roadmap that enable global-scale impact, initially focusing our resources on the cyber domain and then expanding into the real world.
The technological infrastructure, networks, and expertise developed throughout this process will be used to support projects led by individuals and communities who share this vision. This support will extend beyond local and national levels to include macro-level organizations.

Our strength comes from supporting one another in challenging times and from the shared stories that reflect the journey we have undertaken together since 2013. The phrase “Per aspera ad astra” embodies this belief.
The material conditions for cultural awakening depend on shifting the control and development of technology to decentralized social initiatives, civil organizations, and Web3 networks.
Web3 and Ad Astra
-All of Ad Astra’s production processes are based on the principle of decentralization.
-In line with this principle, Ad Astra has no bureaucratic central structure. We do not assign project tasks, invite specific individuals, or operate through a hierarchical model.
-The core principle for participating in the Web3 ecosystem is individual initiative, both in the real world and in the digital realm. This is the only way to become part of the ecosystem organically.
-Individuals and communities who embrace this vision, take initiative, and contribute new value through participation in projects will naturally become part of the ecosystem. In this way, the old bureaucratic, closed community structure is replaced by a decentralized, open ecosystem model.
Publication Policy
Throughout 2025,
-Ad Astra will support civil organizations engaged in social responsibility and developer teams advancing technology, without expecting anything in return.
-Ad Astra will not sell any real or digital products on behalf of AdAstraaNet.
-Ad Astra will not collect donations for projects through Patreon or similar platforms.
-The Asia-Pacific region is where Ad Astra is most active, both in the real world and online. The Web3 vision of Ad Astra is receiving its strongest support from this region, and that support continues to grow.
-Since 2013, we have entered our most intensive period of globally active projects. The outcomes of this process will become more visible as these projects move into the open access phase.
Submitting Articles
-Official announcements on AdAstraa.Net are primarily made in English, as it is the most widely understood language within the ecosystem. However, articles are accepted in all 23 languages supported by the site.
-In line with the Web3 vision, Ad Astra does not offer authorship directly to anyone. Participation is driven solely by personal initiative.
-Article submissions should be sent directly to adastraanet@gmail.com
-When an author who has not previously published on the site submits an article, a three-person committee is formed. The committee includes one member from the author’s country and two from other countries, all with expertise in the relevant field. If the committee approves the anonymous submission, the article is published. A rejection does not mean permanent exclusion, and the author is welcome to submit again in the future.
-At this stage, we are primarily accepting content focused on Web3, technology, academic research, personal experiences, literature, and philosophy.
Projects
-Individuals or development teams who are part of, or wish to join, the Ad Astra community can contact Ad Astra by email (neobeatgeneration@gmail.com) or through official social media channels (X: @adastraworld, Instagram: @adastraanet).
-In your message, please specify which ongoing project you wish to contribute to, or share details about your original project. If you need a team, you may request support from the ecosystem through an announcement.
-The proposed project is reviewed by a team with relevant expertise, and Ad Astra assesses how support can be provided. The project owner is then informed of the next steps.
-The project is implemented according to the agreed schedule.
-Ad Astra does not impose strict limitations on project scope. Projects may be technological applications or may focus on cinema, music, literature, or philosophy.
